An Inconvenient Consequence
International News: Beginning in January, millions in China have been left without power or utilities after weathering the most severe snow and ice storms to hit the country in decades. Even a month later, 160 cities are left without power, thanks in part to Al Gore. Last year, the Chinese government was forced to shut down 553 coal-run power plants to calm down Gore and his fellow IPCC members; now, many fervently wish for their return as the Peoples Bank of China scrambles to provide loans to buisinesses and to jump-start recovery.
